When a student enrols, a single trigger fires. Self-healing

Institutional strategic-planning co-pilot. Reviews Board-level artefacts (the strategic plan, the OBEF scorecard, the budget), tracks KPI drift against stated targets, and proposes scenarios when reality diverges from plan. Doesn’t make strategic decisions — structures them.
Why it matters: Strategy reviews happen quarterly because they’re slow to assemble. With this agent, the prep work is continuous and the meeting starts at “here are the three scenarios” instead of “let’s pull the data.”
